Hopac vision is to have a health and self sustaining community that will have necessary recommendation for the appropriate health on the community and its mission to take care of the HIV and infected and affected by providing prevention, care and support, so as to improve their quality of life.
To increase life expectancy of the vulnerable and marginalized, by encouraging lifestyles and environment that support better living standards.
