When we opened the CAN-ACT HAPPINESS CENTRE in Ponneryn in February everything went very smooth - even though is was quite a logistical challenge. Most equiment came from Colombo but roads where closed due to the floodings in January, which also delayed the renovation works executed by the Sri Lankan Army. However - due to Michele's focus and determination everything was perfectly in place on Feb. 12th for the opening. If one would concentrate on the problems this could not have been done.
