About us
Nangu Thina e.V. sees itself as a platform on which committed people can carry out a wide variety of projects in and with South Africa. Groups and individuals work together towards the same goal: to help children and youth in Germany and South Africa to gain a better perspective for their future and to learn from each other.
Nangu Thina is a registered, non-profit association with active members in Europe and Africa. Especially the Scout Association SSA in South Africa is a reliable partner and guarantor for the sustainability of the projects. They are neither politically nor religiously bound and stand for a careful and effective use of the funds. With their structures they reach even the most remote corners of the vast country and have more than 20,000 members.

Wir haben 513,92 € Spendengelder erhalten
Nach erfolgreicher Durchführung der Pflanzaktion in 2020/21 starten wir aktuell die Vorbereitungen für die neue Saison. Mit Beginn der Regenzeit im Nov. 2021 wollen die Pfadfinder und die Schüler an über 200 Schulen in Mzuzu/Malawi aktiv werden und Bäume pflanzen. Die Fruchtbäume sollen auch einen Beitrag zur Schulspeisung bilden.
