Rising Star Academy is a private international Educational Institution (Basic Education and Vocational Training) founded in Cameroon in 2014 by Thomas Fomukong President / Owner of Bah Career Training Inc located at 2433 Goldfinch lane, Garland Texas 75042 USA.
