About us

Querwaldein e.V. Dortmund is an educational provider for urban nature experience education and education for sustainable development (ESD) in Dortmund and the surrounding area. We are a non-profit registered association and provider of independent youth welfare. In natural locations such as gardens, farms and (urban) forests, we offer nature experience educational events for people of all ages.
Querwaldein creates connections between people and nature, heart and mind, local and global. In our events we support the experience of connection with nature, other people and oneself, in accordance with our motto “Connected to nature - nature connects”.
