About us

Sternenkind e.V. is a non-profit association founded in 2002 by enthusiastic and committed people from a wide variety of backgrounds, with the same goal: to work with and for children. We are committed to working with children and young people and want to help them gain self-confidence, have their voices heard and develop their skills. Likewise, we make no distinction between religions, sex, gender, origin, disabled and non-disabled. Only in a society characterized by openness, tolerance, peaceful coexistence, justice, understanding and solidarity will children and young people have a good future. The cultivation, acceptance and promotion of diversity is the most important cornerstone of Sternenkind e.V. Since its founding, more than 250 children and young people from all social and societal backgrounds as well as numerous caregivers, friends and supporters have participated in Sternenkind e.V.'s projects.
