Football Helps

About us

Football Helps is a non-profit project that offers young people in Burundi/Africa, but also in Austria, a platform to help them recognize their own potential. Our mission is to work with people in Burundi to create a platform where social ownership is perceived and practiced.

Football Helps uses the integrative and motivating power of football to teach children and young people important values in a playful way. Encounters on and off the pitch can build trust and reduce prejudice between children with different ethnic self-identification.
