About us

The association for professional integration and qualification e.V. (VbI) is an employer and social service provider that offers employment and advice in various projects and measures in Heidelberg, Sinsheim and Wiesloch. The activities range from outpatient care and housekeeping to various advice centers and an employment agency with numerous projects and measures for the integration of long-term unemployed people.
The VbI also works closely with two cooperating inclusion companies to integrate people with disabilities into the labor market.
We are non-profit and non-partisan and non-denominational. We stand up for a more social and fairer society, as well as for the participation of marginalized people such as the long-term unemployed or people with disabilities
