About us

The mission of Arbing meets Africa is to support existing community projects. Our main focus is the support of educational projects.

Under the umbrella of our NGO Arbing meets Africa, three projects are currently being implemented. They do not stand alone, but rather benefit and interact with each other. All projects follow the same basic principles:

We believe that there is no patent remedy for successful development cooperation. At the same time, however, we firmly believe that three aspects are essential: Adapt, Engage and Demand. It is necessary to adapt to the local conditions, to involve local people in the work and to encourage their assistance. Therefore, all our projects originate from the ideas and wishes of the target society and are not developed by our Austrian team.
