About us
The association "Friends of Kassel University Sports e. V." was founded in January 1993. The goals and tasks of the association are:
Financial support for general university sports
Organization of cooperative events, excursions, etc.
Advising and participating in university committees
Expanding hall capacities
Additionally, the association aims to provide graduates of the University of Kassel with the opportunity to stay connected to the university through university sports.
Furthermore, the association seeks sponsors and investors who are willing to support the construction of the planned boathouse.
As of May 2022, the association has approximately 260 members.
