Supporting Our Work for Trans*, Intersex, and Non-Binary People

The German Society for Trans* and Inter* Sexuality (dgti) is a nationwide professional organization dedicated to promoting acceptance and equality for trans*, intersex, non-binary, and agender individuals across all areas of society.

We aim to professionalize our work by expanding our independent advisory network to offer accessible peer-to-peer support locally. Additionally, we organize conferences, informational events, and training sessions for educators, childcare professionals, medical practitioners, therapists, and representatives from government, business, and politics. These activities are essential for raising awareness and fostering inclusive practices.

To sustain our operations, we rely on donations to cover ongoing costs, such as salaries, office supplies, rent, travel expenses (e.g., attending political meetings in Berlin), internet services, software licenses, and the production of informational materials like flyers.

We are also seeking funding for our new headquarters and a dedicated office in Berlin. As these expenses currently receive no public funding, your support would make a significant difference.
