War is an exceptional situation for everyone. People who flee from it can react very differently.
And sometimes they need support.
Many people may feel overwhelmed, afraid or desperate. Some feel frozen. Others worry so much that they can't sleep or become physically ill. Children also often suffer greatly from the experience and may need help.
In our Project steps (strong together psychologically) We offer quick and easily accessible psychological support to individuals with refugee or migration experience living in Berlin, regardless of their nationality, residency status, or insurance status.
We are a team of psychologists and therapists working at one of the best Universities in Berlin. We are experienced counselors and know how to help an support people that experience crisis in their lives. Whatever psychological topic is urgent for the individual, we will find a way to support.
