International volunteer program for Skateistan

This August, we will be launching a program for international volunteers dedicated to facilitating and improving the spectrum of Skateistan’s activities. All volunteers will be based in Kabul for three to six months at a time. The first volunteer to participate will be arriving in August.We seek potential volunteers with any of the following qualifications:

(1) A background in education.(2) Desire to work with children and/or the handicapped.(3) Knowledge of skateboarding (including how to teach skateboarding).(4) Experience in office administration.(5) Knowledge of Central Asia and/or Islamic culture in general.
