Reforestation 'Lichtforst'

GrünCrowd stands for the preservation, maintenance and reforestation of forests and orchards in Germany and Europe with intergenerational sponsorships/donations.

Forgotten and "desecrated" areas are especially close to our hearts, and we would like to work together to turn them back into a true "primeval forest".
Scattered orchards and the collective work in them are a place where nature and man meet - our supporters can actively help to preserve this cultural space.

Our project 'Lichtforst':
Our current project 'Lichtforst' is a down-managed and neglected mixed forest with an average stand of birch, beech, oak, pine, spruce, elm, poplar, willow and ash. Our goal is to reforest and renaturalize the forest together. For this purpose, we are working closely with our ambassador and the local people in charge. 
In the first step we have recorded the so-called inventory and thoroughly assessed the forest in order to now jointly develop a plan for the renaturation in the coming weeks.

With your donation you can ensure that even more forest areas and meadows can be supported. In doing so, your donation will help with the management, maintenance, renaturation and reforestation of these areas and thus contribute to the preservation and promotion of the biodiversity of flora and fauna.
In the course of a sponsorship you can take over the sponsorship of a forest area.
