Ukraine Solidarity Bus - we bring humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Our group of volunteers has provided direct humanitarian aid since the early days of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. We regularly transport supplies to local organisations. On our way back to Germany, we take refugees with us.

Ukraine Solidarity Bus, a volunteer aid initiative in Berlin, has been delivering aid supplies to Ukraine once or twice a month since March 2022. The humanitarian and medical supplies are distributed throughout the country via a local network of contacts. Through personal contact with our partners, we find out exactly what is needed locally and can get them what they need. Refugees with special needs are brought back to Germany on their return journey. A long-time contact refers people from Ukraine to us who want to leave but are unable to travel by train or bus.
We support internally displaced persons, residents of frontline settlements, marginalised social groups, hospitals, children and young people.
