We’re not about quick fixes at Project Tres. We’re working alongside women to build systems that give them control over their lives, moving them beyond survival and into leadership, impacting generations. Since 2016, we’ve partnered with women in India and Kenya, focusing on sustainable change and rejecting dependency-based aid. We lovingly call our artisans in India “Ladies” and in Kenya “Mamas.” They’re not just artisans or statistics but real people. They’re mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends—resilient women overcoming challenges, and our mission is to center their voices, creating safe spaces for growth and creativity.
In this campaign, we aim to raise €25,000 to expand our impact—paying more women monthly, covering center costs, and funding education and personal development programs. Your support directly fuels their journey toward independence.
Our priorities for the upcoming months:
Essential Annual Expenses
Centers’ Rent and Maintenance: Our India (est. 2018) and Kenya (est. 2019) centers are safe spaces for collaboration, designed by the women themselves. They provide shelter in emergencies, helping women heal and rebuild their lives.
Salaries and Commissions: Stable incomes have transformed lives. We aim to increase salaried participants.
Social Aid for Immediate and Long-term Support
Therapy Program: Our mental health program offers individual and group therapy, supporting women in their healing and growth.
Health, School, and Rent Assistance: We assist with essential needs, empowering women to eventually manage these independently.
Program Development for Autonomy: Workshops, digital skills, and English classes equip women with tools to control their futures, opening paths to financial independence.
Business Development for Self-Sufficiency: Marketing and product promotion allow women to tell their stories on their terms, building entrepreneurial skills for long-term stability.
