We, the non-profit association 35 services e. V., operate a workshop at Lehrter Straße 30, 10557 Berlin (Mitte, district Moabit, access via Klara-Franke-Spielplatz).
The workshop serves the following purposes:
The workshop serves the following purposes:
- Helping people to help themselves by providing guidance and tools and space, especially for young people.
- Sustainability: Learning to repair instead of throwing away
- Learning to maintain environmentally friendly mobility: self-help bicycle workshop, especially for young people.
- Handicraft-technical and artistic courses, in principle for all, but especially for children and young people
- Learning and testing handicraft and artistic knowledge contents in practice in the sense of general education for all people.
Everyone can come by during our opening hours or by prior arrangement, for example to repair things under the guidance of our members or to carry out craft, technical or artistic projects. Our assistance is always free of charge, you only have to bring your own materials if necessary. In addition, we offer workshops and courses on craft, technical and artistic topics.

- Metal workshop incl. welding corner
- Bicycle self-repair
- Electronics workshop
- Course area / seminar room
- Screen printing area
This workshop needs to be rented, heated and supplied with electricity. Machines break down and need spare parts or have to be replaced. Insurances have to be paid and accruing garbage has to be disposed properly. Course fees and travel expenses are incurred for the qualification of members for their voluntary work, e.g. machine licenses. The workshop is also to be further developed, e.g. by redesigning and providing more space-saving storage for tools, machines and materials, as well as purchasing additional equipment.
Our membership fees are not sufficient for this, especially since we would like to keep the membership fee low in order to enable people with low incomes to volunteer and be socially integrated in our association.
Therefore, we ask for donations for the maintenance and further development of our workshop.
