Through the cooperation of organization Hearts of Sunshine e.V. with our new partner project School Girls Essentials we want to contribute to empower girls and young women in Arusha (Tanzania)! School Girls Essentials does important work by educating girls and young women about their rights, menstruation and sexual and reproductive health through school visits! Because of their menstruation, many girls and young women in Tanzania are unable to go to school, we want to change that together with School Girls Essentials!!! To do this, we are collecting donations to provide girls with hygiene items so that they can continue to go to school during their periods! We want to counteract the taboo of the female cycle and help to empower girls and young women to confidently go their own way!
