Schnitzhaus (Carving House)

The Schnitzhaus is a non-profit project that provides a creative space for people of all ages in the heart of Stuttgart's Rotwildpark. Here, visitors can experience the forest in a special way by working with the natural material wood and learning traditional carving techniques. The open workshop invites you to get involved and experience the creative power in the midst of nature. The focus is on mindfulness, sustainability and environmental awareness. 

The Schnitzhaus is run by dedicated volunteers and offers courses and regular events. The project is supported by donations, which are used for tools, maintenance and further development of the Schnitzhaus activities. Every contribution helps to maintain and develop this special place.
