Donations finance school meals for the Laelay Seken School in Tigray, Ethiopia
People are still suffering from the consequences of the terrible war in Ethiopia's northern province of Tigray in 2020 and 2021. The school children there are malnourished and starving! In Tigray, Etiopia Witten e.V. is successfully committed to providing a particularly nutritious daily school meal for all students at the rural Laeley Seken primary school that it built. The Witten association finances and coordinates the humanitarian aid project, organizes the purchase of food locally and the production of one meal per school day.
