Support for Ukrainian Refugees – Together for a Better Future!
We are active in several accommodations: In the newly established facility for Ukrainian refugees, 258 children and young people, along with their family members, primarily mothers, reside. The facility offers well-suited spaces for sports and physical activities, and we have already conducted an extensive clearing operation to provide sports equipment and make the spaces usable. Our coaches are ready to start the activities.
Unfortunately, funding is continuously decreasing. Many municipalities are financially strained, the federal government is focusing on other priorities, and support is being reduced. Nevertheless, we want to offer these individuals variety, belonging, relaxation, and the opportunity to let off steam.
To maintain our programs, we urgently need financial resources. Our coaches accompany children in Pfeffersport groups and offer activities on-site. Additionally, we are planning special sports programs for women to make everyday life in the accommodation more varied.
