Since the 9th of september 2015 a communication and solidarity centre is established at the area of the „alternative e.V.“ („Walli“, Willy-Brandt-Allee 9, 23554 Lübeck). Yet over 15.000 refugees from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Eritrea made a break in Lübeck on their fleeing to Scandinavia. Together we book tickets for the ferry from Travemünde to Sweden, take care of them while they are in Lübeck, offer clothes, food and a place to sleep. Our work is voluntary, unpaid and based on donations. Daily we take care of 200 to 300 refugees.
