Mit dem Shadow Man, ein aufgepumpter Dummy, erlernen die Spieler das sichere tacklen am Gegner. Durch dies verringert man Verletzungen, sei es an sich selbst oder dem Gegenspieler. Leider ein sehr teurer, aber wertvoller und effektiver Bedarf.

Dass American Football (noch) eine Randsportart ist, wissen viele.
Dass jedoch auch der Bedarf an Trainingsequipment hoch ist und natürlich auch der Verschleiß, wissen viele nicht.
Ein Vorteil ist jedoch, dass fast alles von allen Mannschaften ins Training eingebaut und benutzt werden kann.
So zum Beispiel das Spielgerät, oder die Shadow Man, an denen bereits der Jugendliche das richtige tacklen üben kann.
Dass jedoch auch der Bedarf an Trainingsequipment hoch ist und natürlich auch der Verschleiß, wissen viele nicht.
Ein Vorteil ist jedoch, dass fast alles von allen Mannschaften ins Training eingebaut und benutzt werden kann.
So zum Beispiel das Spielgerät, oder die Shadow Man, an denen bereits der Jugendliche das richtige tacklen üben kann.
