Help! Radio Dreyeckland urgently needs a new mixing desk!

    Radio Dreyeckland
A project from Radio Dreyeckland in Freiburg, Germany
The mixing desk in our broadcasting studio has broken down. We need at least 15,000 Euro before Christmas. Every cent we get brings us a step closer to our goal: a sturdy mixing desk that everyone who uses our studio can operate. Thank you!

    About this project

    J. Warnecke from Radio Dreyeckland is responsible for this project

The mixing desk in our broadcasting studio has broken down. For the time being, it's held together with bits of string, but in the longer term...
We definitely need a new mixing desk.
And what does a new mixing desk cost? 30,000 Euro. We need at least. 15,000 Euro. Before Christmas. Ouch.
Please spread the word. Send us a small sum yourself, and ask all of your friends to do the same.
Every cent we get brings us a step closer to our goal: a sturdy mixing desk that everyone who uses our studio can operate.
An added bonus from our point of view: any new desk we acquire now will set us up for the tranisition into the digital age.
Who are we? We are your local, non-commercial radio station: you can listen, join in and debate on Radio Dreyeckland - transmitting tirelessly to support the transition to a better tomorrow.

Radio Dreyeckland is a free, non-commercial radio station covering southwestern Germany. Anyone who wants to join in is welcome to do so. At the moment we have some 150 volunteer technicians and broadcasters.

You want variety? Look no further. Fifty music shows a week, every style and every segment. Seventeen languages spoken! Up-to-date shows on politics and (sub-)culture, magazine programs on environment, gender, literature and other topics. Oh, and we cooperate with like-minded organizations from Greenpeace to the Women's Alternative Lawyers Circle, as well as Radio Bleiberecht, devoted to supported those in need of protection from their own countries.

Daily updates and archival shows are available on our website, here.

Radio Dreyeckland is financed through voluntary contributions from its support network, Freundeskreis RDL e.V. It also receives a government subsidy through the Landesanstalt für Kommunikation.
