Support the Africa OSH Summit 2019 in Tanzania

We are again event partner for the second Africa OSH summit to be held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from April 10 to 13, 2019. Let us work together to make this summit as successful as its inaugural event in Kumasi, Ghana  in April last year where we presented #ASKotec and exchanged knowledge and experience with like-minded people form across the African continent.

Africa OSH 2019 will be hosted by STICLab, a makerspace particularly focused on developing technical, scientific and engineering solutions to social and industrial problems, utilizing locally available resources as much as possible in collaboration with  the University of Dar es Salaam Information and Communication Technology Incubator (UDICTI) 

Africa OSH (Africa Open Science and Hardware) is a community of makers, hackers, practitioners and researchers in science and technology, inclusive of government officials, private sector players and civil society across the African continent, the global South and the world. Africa OSH provides people interested in open science and hardware an alternative to traditional intellectual property (IP) and closed systems as a means to achieve locally adaptable technologies that will foster economic growth in Africa.
