The radio program TALKultur offers listeners of the local radio station a wide range of information, preliminary reports, reviews etc. from the free and high culture scene of the city of Wuppertal.
The program thus reaches listeners who are not culture-affined per se, but who are made aware of and interested in the activities of the Wuppertal cultural scene through this non-commercial radio program. As an instrument of cultural mediation, the radio program thus makes an important contribution to the development of cultural exchange in the city.
